4 Week Cooking Camp - Meets 1X week | 60-90min | LEVEL 1 | Specially adapted for ages 5-12 During this 4 week course, your little chef will take a culinary tour of the world, exploring food, history and culture. The tour “visits” 4 selected countries like Italy, and continues to Greece, France, Spain, Mexico, Israel, Japan, China and Morocco before finally returning home to America. We take safety seriously, and the beginning of each class will be dedicated to food and kitchen safety. Each little chef will participate in the preparation of every dish on the menu, not only gaining experience in the kitchen, but also learning about what goes into the food we eat and how it is created. It is our goal that they gain an appreciation of international cuisines, flavors, cultures and history through our fully interactive course.
